| The M & M Math Club will provide a small group instruction for students who demonstrate a need for additional assistance in math. A goal for each student will be to become more confident in math and have a better understanding of the concepts taught in class. The students will receive additional support around what was taught during the week, as a preview and review. This instruction and practice will also help prepare the individual student for assessments and the challenging standardized test (AIMS) that they will take in the spring. Students are the STAR in this YouTube themed class! They will learn the ins and outs of YouTube, set up their own channel and sync it with their pvLearners account. Students will write, film, and produce movies and short clips. All videos will be edited and produced using YouTube’s brand new, cloud based editing software. All videos created will be content appropriate and students will learn to use YouTube EDU safely and effectively to increase learning. |
