Voting Starts Soon!
Vote by mail: Early ballots will be mailed to you on Oct. 13th, so they’ll arrive in mailboxes in less than one week! If you live in the City of Phoenix, you will receive 2 ballots in the mail. One will be from the City of Phoenix for the mayor’s race; the second will be for the PVUSD Bond and Capital Override, which is run by Maricopa County Elections. If you mail in your ballot asap – we won’t need to call or send you mailers!
Vote at the polls on November 8th: There will be 2 different polling sites to go to if you are voting in both the City of Phoenix mayoral election and the PVUSD Bond and Capital Override election. To find your polling place for the PVUSD election, click here.
Remember, a YES YES vote on November 8th will:
· Provide funding to repair, replace, and renovate school buildings including heating, air conditioning, roofing and flooring,
· Update and install fire, security and safety systems,
· Purchase instructional technology and school furniture,
· Purchase school buses,
· Maintain and improve playgrounds and fields,
· Purchase library books, text books, and instructional materials,
· Update computer software and web resources
What can you do to help?
Register to vote and/or request an early ballot; Mon. Oct. 10th is last day to register to vote!
Sign up to help online; volunteer to make calls to supporters or join a neighborhood walk in your area
Request a Speaker for your group
Post a sign in your yard
Donate money – by mail or online
